Shipping Information

Where do orders ship from?

Apparel, tote bags and blankets are made-to-order, fulfilled and shipped from Hong Kong.

Everything else is from Sydney, Australia

What shipping methods are available?

Apparel - We offer tracked shipping via registered post. Shipping time is about 4 weeks.

Stickers and other small goods - these are shipped in an envelope and are not tracked.

Art Prints - These are shipped in rigid mailers. Economy Air (not tracked), Tracked Shipping and Express Tracked shipping are available for both international and domestic orders.

How long will it take to get my package?

Apparel - Apparel is made-to-order and is fulfilled and shipped from Hong Kong. It can take at least 4 weeks, but usually ranges for 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the product. We are not able to do rush orders.

Prints & Stickers - Within Australia, 1-3 days for express and 5-7 days for standard. International shipping times vary, but can take about 4 weeks or longer.

What products are eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 for Apparel, tote bags and blankets only.

Art Prints, stickers, pin badges and zines are not eligible for free shipping.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Do you have ZipPay?

Not currently, but we are working to implement it!

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

I am unhappy with my product, can I return it?


Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your Pastelaxy purchase we'll gladly accept an exchange or return if: 

- You have received the product within 30 days

- The product is not used or damaged and

- The product is free from perfume, fragrance and makeup

How do I return, exchange or refund my order?

Please follow these steps for the return process

1. Please email pastelaxy@gmail.com with the reason for the return. 

2. After we have confirmed, you will need to organise return shipping. We strongly recommend using tracking, especially if you are international. We will not be able to refund your shipping charges.

3. Once we have received the item, will we issue a refund, store credit or exchange. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 4-6 weeks as we will need to remake the garment. 

Please also ensure that the product

- is free from perfume, fragrance and makeup

- is not used or damaged

- is free from perfume, fragrance and makeup



How long does the return process take?

Depending on where you live, it could take 4-6 weeks for us to receive the return.

After the return is received, it may take 4-6 weeks to remake the garment, and another 4 weeks to send it out to you.

If you are requesting a refund, it can take 2-5 business days for you to receive the refund.
